In 2013, Mr. Tjekero Tweya, then Deputy Minister of Industrialisation and Trade of Namibia, led a delegation to visit MinGong Machinery. Company General Manager Xiao Changtai and the management team warmly received the distinguished guests.
During the visit, Deputy Minister Tweya and his delegation toured MinGong Machinery’s production workshops, assembly lines, and R&D testing centers, gaining an on‑site understanding of the manufacturing processes and quality control procedures for core products such as forklift loaders and wheel loaders. General Manager Xiao Changtai introduced the company’s development history, technical advantages, and strategic layout in the African market, with a special focus on the efficient and stable forklift loader series designed specifically for stone mines.
Deputy Minister Tweya spoke highly of MinGong Machinery’s manufacturing strength and professional services. He stated that through the on‑site visit, he gained a more intuitive understanding of the company’s quality assurance system and customization capabilities. He expressed hope for further cooperation in mining equipment supply, technical training, and after‑sales support, jointly promoting the improvement of Namibia’s stone mining industry.
This visit further strengthened the mutual trust between MinGong Machinery and the Namibian government and mining customers, laying a solid foundation for the company’s continued expansion into the African market.
